Following an executive session for personnel matters, the Board took action in the second public session to award the 'Dust Collector Project' to RMS Industries, subject to specification confirmation, and authorized the Board President to execute an agreement regarding advanced sick and vacation days for David Seckeler.

The meeting concluded with an executive session for personnel and contractual matters, followed by action in the Second Public Session to designate a school medical inspector.
