The Council conducted an election for Board Officers. Discussion and approvals included appropriation requests for the Board of Aviation for fuel and equipment, as well as a salary increase for a Deputy Prosecutor. The Council approved Ordinance Amendment #877 and Ordinance #876, which addressed various salary adjustments. Grant applications for the Community Corrections program and a bicycle and pedestrian plan were authorized. The first reading of General Obligation Bond Ordinance #875 took place, and the Council received an update on the Motorola Radio Project. Additionally, the Council reviewed and approved various accounting transfers and adjustments and discussed road and highway truck funding.
