San Juan College Board Regular Meeting Minutes
The Board discussed and approved various fiscal matters, including budget adjustments for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Procurement approvals were granted for custodial supplies, maintenance services including electrical, plumbing, pipe repair, and floor covering, as well as legal services and numerous software maintenance agreements. The Board authorized spending for strategic marketing initiatives, reasonable accommodation services, equipment purchases for the Electric Vehicle Technician and Commercial Driver's License training programs, and heavy equipment for the Heavy Equipment Operator Program. Additional approvals included cybersecurity support, IT helpdesk services, and third-party supplemental staffing for the Student Information System implementation.
