This document outlines the Career Pathways initiative, a strategic approach to fostering student growth and success from early learning through high school and beyond. It describes three developmental stages: Awareness (Kindergarten to Grade 4), Understanding (Grades 5 to 9), and Readiness (Grades 10 to 12 and beyond). The initiative is built upon five career pathways and is guided by four key principles: Programming, Authentic Experiences, Community Connections, and Future Focused.
