Building Trades Examining Board Meeting
The board discussed code compliance and condemnation concerns regarding the property at 350 Mission Drive, with a focus on an infill section of the building. The building official reported that the previous electrical contractor withdrew their permit, leaving electrical work unassessed and potentially unsafe due to the reported involvement of unlicensed personnel. The board requested the property owner secure a new licensed electrician for a comprehensive assessment, provide updated documentation and photographs, and submit a clear plan for continuing the necessary repairs.
