The meeting was held to recognize the outgoing Planning & Zoning Board Chair for her six years of dedicated service, leadership, and expertise provided to the board.

Additionally, the commission held an election for the 2026 Vice Chairperson and received an update on the 2026 Donnadine Miller Memorial Historic Preservation Award application cycle.
