This Strategic Plan outlines the direction for Kent County, establishing shared priorities and goals for guiding decision-making and operations. It is driven by a mission to provide resources and services that promote a high quality of life for the entire community and a vision to be a forward-looking, intentional, and welcoming community that serves as the economic engine of West Michigan.
