Division of Facilities Construction & Management Five-Year Building Plan 2027-2031
This Five-year Building Plan outlines the capital facility programs for the State of Utah. Developed by the Division of Facilities Construction and Management for the 2026 legislative session, the plan addresses state facility needs, including capital development and improvement projects for state agencies and higher education institutions.
