The meeting focused on the proposed resubdivision of lot 14. Discussions included the review of documentation regarding the requested resubdivision and proposed cul-de-sac, as well as the preparation of an opposition letter to be submitted to the Campbell County Planning Commission.

The meeting included reports on monthly safety, the annual Field Day, and graduation celebrations. Board members reviewed early education program updates, child outcomes data, and revisions to enrollment and parent handbooks. Discussions were held regarding a Federal Improper Payment Review and the annual budget approved by commissioners. New business covered approval of a school psychologist contract and a new cell phone policy for home visitors, while a decision on the tuition fee structure was tabled. The Board also reviewed financial reports and statistical data regarding enrollment, waitlists, and attendance.

Additionally, the board examined the May invoices, covering various vendors and service providers, and received a revenue update reporting total revenue submitted through May 31, 2026, alongside a year-to-date budget report for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
