The budget process was reviewed, with a recommendation to transition to more line items. A TIF roof rehab program was presented, offering reimbursement grants with eligibility criteria. An RFP for 218 W. Madison St. was presented, including plans for redevelopment and relocation of businesses.
The agenda includes a presentation of a life saving medal to Pontiac Police Officer Tyren Mitchell, and a discussion on ambulance transfers.
