BoardPlanning and Zoning Commission of the City of Arlington Regular Session
The Commission addressed multiple plat-related items. This included the approval of several plats with conditions, such as replats for Arlington Village Addition No. 1, Greens Field Addition, and Ramey Addition, as well as final and preliminary plats for various additions including Autumn Parc, Morgan, Nursi Islamic, and Arlington Business Center. Additionally, the Commission approved an amending plat for the Town of Webb. Extension requests pursuant to state code were approved for the John Stephens Addition. The commission also voted to approve the vacation of the plat for Viridian Village IC-2.
