The commission reviewed and approved several zoning applications. Approvals were granted for a change in zoning from Community Commercial (CC) to Planned Development (PD) for Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMU) at 1600 East Pioneer Parkway; a change from General Commercial (GC) to PD for Light Industrial (LI) uses at 100, 120, 150, & 200 East Stephens Street; a change from CC to PD for LI uses at 1601 East Bardin Road; and a change from GC to PD for a car wash at 2760 East Abram.
