The "Montgomery Matters" Comprehensive Plan establishes a long-range policy framework to guide growth, development, capital improvements, and public decision making within Montgomery County over the next twenty years. It addresses key areas including Land Use, Environmental Resources, Recreation, Historic and Cultural Preservation, Economic Development, Housing, Transportation, Health and Wellness, Public Infrastructure, and Public Safety and Welfare. This plan will replace the previous "Montgomery County 2025" plan.
