The Board accepted an annual report from mineral consultants and two Treasurer's Reports. An intergovernmental agreement was established with the Vermilion Parish Police Jury. Additionally, the Board approved hiring a fencing company for Kaplan Elementary School, awarded bids for maintenance limestone, and granted leave without pay to a staff member. The Board received reports regarding active litigation and preliminary injunctions, discussed the Superintendent's evaluation, held an executive session for collective bargaining, and tabled several information reports.
