The board meeting agenda included a presentation by Dave Rothe regarding Hunters Safety and TEAM training, alongside financial and administrative reports. The board convened for an informational session featuring a presentation on MSTEP, PSAT, and SAT data. Additionally, a presentation was conducted regarding the HMH Reading Series Proposal in connection with a 35M grant. Due to the absence of a quorum, no formal action items were processed.

The board conducted its annual reorganization by appointing new officers and establishing meeting schedules, compensation, and committee assignments. Financial reports for the previous two months were reviewed and accepted, along with the designation of bank depositories and legal counsel. The board approved several personnel new hires, including coaching positions and paraprofessionals. Additionally, actions included approving the Robotics out of state trip, accepting a new Fine Arts credit, and conducting a closed session for the Superintendent's self-evaluation. Several students and staff members were formally commended for their achievements over the preceding two months.

The committee and the superintendent conducted a site visit of the Church Hall area to evaluate the property and determine an action plan for its future use.
