The Board of Architectural Review conducted a regular public hearing to review several architectural and zoning requests. Approvals were granted for awnings and signage at 1609 King Street and 330 N Washington Street, as well as facade renovations and signage at 610 King Street. The board also approved requests for demolition/encapsulation and a screened porch at 821 S Lee Street. Two cases regarding properties at 519 Wilkes Street were deferred by the applicants to a future hearing. Additionally, administrative approvals made by staff regarding window, gate, door, downspout, and railing replacements at various city locations were noted for the record.
