Dougherty County School System Strategic Plan
The Dougherty County School System's strategic plan focuses on empowering students to be college and/or career ready by providing a relevant, rigorous, and equitable education. Key priorities include early literacy, academic rigor and relevance, social-emotional learning and supports, investment in human capital, and family and community engagement. The plan aims to provide students with wraparound services, increase high school graduation rates, incorporate data into professional learning communities, expand CTAE offerings, and invest in instructional technology.
