The committee reviewed and approved the finance report, the FY 2026-27 budget, and the FY 2026-27 fees, all of which were recommended to move forward for full board approval.

The committee reviewed and approved several items to be forwarded for full board consideration, including the finance report, the FY 2026-27 employee raises, and additional proposed fees for the upcoming fiscal year.

The meeting includes a financial report presentation and discussion on unfinished and new business, specifically the formation of the Board Officer Nomination Committee. Additionally, an update on artificial intelligence initiatives will be provided, followed by a report from the President of the college.

The board conducted an executive session to discuss the presidential evaluation and contract. Following the session, the board officially approved both the president's annual evaluation and the presidential contract. Additionally, the board reviewed and approved an updated college budget.
