Hays County Commissioners Court Regular Meeting
The court addressed a wide range of administrative and community-focused items, including the adoption of several proclamations for awareness events such as Economic Development Week, ALS Awareness, Autism Awareness, Mental Health Awareness, National Fentanyl Awareness, National Correctional Officers and Employees Week, Soil & Water Stewardship, and Jury Appreciation. The session included presentations of service, retirement, and training awards. Financial and operational business items included the approval of county invoices, juror disbursements, healthcare claims, budget amendments, and utility permits. The court also authorized adjustments to job titles and classifications, approved corrections to professional services agreements, and officially cancelled the solicitation and rejected all proposals for the lease and use of the Hays County Sports Complex.
