Discussions focused on the 2025 greenhouse gas emission inventory update, the adoption of the International Green Construction Code, progress on municipal and community carbon neutrality goals, and updates on energy infrastructure projects such as microgrids, bus electrification, and public EV charging initiatives.

The Senior Financial Analyst provided an update on fiscal year revenue for the first three quarters. Additionally, the Tempe Center for the Arts Manager presented a season report. The subcommittee discussed long-term strategies to reduce vacant retail spaces in future developments, including the potential application of Integrative Development Planning.
