Animal Control Special Hearing
The hearing concerned a dangerous dog appeal involving an incident where a dog allegedly bit an individual during a fight with another dog. The owner argued that the dog was not aggressive toward humans and that the injury was accidental and caused by the individual interfering in a dog fight. The city argued that the dog meets the definition of a dangerous dog because it inflicted a severe injury requiring sutures, which constitutes disfiguring lacerations. The presiding official concluded the hearing and indicated a decision would be rendered shortly.

City of Palm Coast Special Hearing
The hearing was held to address a dangerous dog appeal involving a canine named Bendy. The discussion focused on whether the dog should be officially deemed dangerous following an incident at a local park. Key points included testimony from a witness regarding the dog's temperament and behavior, a review of the incident details involving another dog and a bystander, and cross-examination concerning the extent of injuries and available video evidence.
