The public comment portion addressed concerns about student use of technology and Chromebooks, expressed gratitude for foreign exchange programs and host experiences, and emphasized the ongoing importance of professional development focused on equity, inclusion, and addressing internal biases.

Additionally, the council addressed future curriculum development, including the deferral of a new K-5 resource, and discussed the status of communications with religious leaders in the community.
