The Commission addressed several items, including the adoption of retirement resolutions, the introduction of new staff members, and approval to enter into an agreement for the construction of an interceptor extension. Sewer plan approvals for various local municipalities were granted. A closed session was held to discuss potential litigation strategies. The Commission received status updates on major infrastructure projects, including interceptor renewals and thickening improvements. Presentations were provided regarding a mixing enhancement study program, pretreatment program enforcement, industrial achievement awards, and PFAS monitoring. Financial reports for the year were reviewed, and an operations report confirmed facility compliance and provided updates on permit renewal efforts and energy generation statistics.

Additionally, the Commission reviewed sewer plan approvals for Green Bay and Bellevue, discussed updates on various capital projects, received reports on aquatic monitoring and financial/operational performance, and heard the Executive Director's update on strategic planning and industry conferences. A closed session was held to discuss legal litigation strategy and public employee matters.

The Commission received an investment portfolio update from Nicolet National Bank and approved a change order for the North Plant Clarifier Rehabilitation Project. Additionally, the Commission approved sewer plans for the Village of Howard, entered a closed session to discuss litigation strategy, and reviewed project updates regarding facility building maintenance and the East River Interceptor Renewal Project. Preliminary financial reports for the end of the previous year and operational reports for the current month were presented. The Executive Director provided updates on upcoming meetings, staff promotions, honors, and participation in industry programs and conferences.

The Commission also approved sanitary sewer plans for the Village of Luxemburg, the Village of Howard, and the Town of Lawrence.
