The 2027-2030 Digital Strategy for Arlington County is a roadmap to enhance technology support for services and operations. It centers on three strategic focus areas: Seamless Interaction, Actionable Information, and Smart Resilience. The plan aims to simplify end-to-end user experiences, strengthen enterprise data to drive action, and maintain a secure, resilient technology foundation. This initiative is designed to ensure dependable, efficient, and future-ready county services.

The meeting included public testimony and discussion regarding an AED initiative, the county's land adoption policy, neighborhood reports, services for children with disabilities, and road infrastructure. Regular agenda items addressed a request to authorize an advertisement for a public hearing to prohibit gas-powered leaf blowers and leaf vacuums, a development project at 2000 15th St. N., and a request for Local Historic District designation for the Nelly Custis Elementary School/Melwood site.
