The group reviewed their role in vendor technical management, providing state-specific context, ensuring scalability, and overseeing data quality. A new focus area was identified for data governance policies and UAT involvement, particularly concerning data pass-through between agencies. The group also decided to move their bi-weekly meeting to Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m.
