Clyde River

The Clyde River Community Economic Development strategic plan focuses on enhancing community development and economic growth in Clyde River, Nunavut. The by-law authorizes the forgiveness of debts owed to the Municipality of Clyde River, as itemized in Schedule A.

The by-law pertains to the acquisition of a Komatsu Dozer by the Municipality of Clyde River. It authorizes the Senior Administrative Officer to enter into an agreement with Aarruja Development Corporation for the purchase, including a radio system and first-year consumables. The by-law specifies the financial details, including the costs for the dozer, radio system, and consumables, as well as advertising, training, and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The by-law provides for the acquisition of a Peterbilt Sewer Truck by the Municipality of Clyde River. It authorizes the Senior Administrative Officer to enter into an agreement with Aarruji Development Corporation for the purchase of a 2011 Peterbilt Model 348 Sewer Truck, including associated costs and freight, for a total amount up to $191,933.00.
