Provide interior renovations to portions of the public works facility. The city intends to remodel the existing kitchen and bathroom at the public works shop. Kitchen/breakroom scope of work - electrical: 2 zones of (kitchen area and training area) lighting with dimmer switches; led lighting - 6" recessed light fixtures'; outlets - through out - additional outlets w/ usb charging option for above the raised bar work stations. We want plenty of outlets; ethernet connections for hard wire internet capabilities - 1 at each raised bar work stations. Cabinets - mission style painted cabinets with industrial style knobs and pulls. Ceiling - industrial look drop ceiling. See attached file.
