Approx. 7,000 SF will provide workspace for 18 wastewater employees and approx. 5,000 SF will be vehicle and supply storage. The building should include, at min: Six offices; one large conference/training room; two men's locker rooms, one with four showers, 10 lockers and restroom and the other with three showers, eight lockers and a restroom; two women's locker rooms, each to have one shower, two lockers and a restroom; two additional separate restrooms; two break rooms with accommodations for eight employees; two laboratories, one large with a ventilation hood and one small; two small SCADA offices; two small laundry rooms with one washer and one dryer in each; an open vehicle storage area with six vehicle bays, each with a min depth of 54', two bays with roll-up doors 14' x 14', and four bays with roll-up doors 12' x 12'; energy efficient utilities; and concrete aprons, asphalt paving, onsite parking, drainage facilities, lighting and landscaping. The Project budget includes all design, engineering, geotechnical, administration, bonding, insurance, fees, permits, construction, contingency, furniture-fixtures, and equipment necessary to provide a fully functional and operating facility.
