Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: Deprioritize; approvals are unlikely—pivot to coops.
Coops: Lead with Sourcewell. Confirm your item is on a Sourcewell contract, validate use with procurement, and brief the department head to fast-track.
City of Lebanon, NH: No documented sole source pathway or threshold identified. The city adheres strictly to competitive bidding—attempts to justify sole source purchases are likely to fail.
