The meeting included a public hearing regarding a final plat request for Coulee Region Property Management, which was recommended for approval with conditions. The Planning Commission meeting focused on several key administrative and development tasks. The commission also reviewed the project workplan, including status updates for the Wagon Wheel project, Overlook Plaza, and the Pine Creek Restoration project.
