Procurement guidance and navigation tips.
Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: Deprioritize—awards over $50,000 via sole source are essentially nonexistent. Pivot to a cooperative vehicle.
Coops: Lead with Sourcewell, National Purchasing Partners (NPP), or TIPS. Confirm your product is on-contract, validate access with Procurement, and brief the department to fast-track.
City of Greenwood, IN shows a near-total absence of sole source awards over $50,000; public records from 2024–2025 show no evidence of such awards. Treat sole source as very low-probability—immediately steer the buyer to an available cooperative contract.
