Work includes Restore necessary wood and hardware to steps that require repairs. The steps will be called out and easily identifiable as they will be marked with flag or paint. Repaired steps may need some removal of surrounding timber that can be reused but the final product should both match as close as possible to existing timbers and be functional and constructed in similar fashion to the existing stairs. As noted in the attached photos detailing required repairs some excavation may be necessary to repair the side sections of timber that act as anchor to the next step up the walkway.
