CIMARRON COUNTY, OKLAHOMA 2026 ASPHALT OVERLAY, Bid No. 7-2026 General Notice Cimarron County (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2026 Asphalt Overlay Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the courthouse located at 1 Courthouse Square, Boise City, Oklahoma 73933, until November 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. local time. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on November 16, 2026 at 10:00 am . The Project includes the following Work: Asphalt overlay of NS-13 (US-412 to EW-31) and EW-31 (NS-13 to 6 miles east) near Felt, OK Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Circuit Engineering District 8 Prospective Bidders desiring copies of plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents can receive these documents for free by emailing jbrinley@ced8.org. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding documents may be examined at the Cimarron County Courthouse located at the address above Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 am (580-544-2251). Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 26, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Cimarron County Courthouse located at the address above. Bid Security Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of 5% and shall be payable without condition to Cimarron County, OK as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide acceptable Contract Bonds from an approved surety in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
