Existing two story, fully sprinklered operations and warehouse building of approx. 122,000 SF. The area of work is located within existing group S-1 occupancy. Project work renovates a limited portion of the existing group S-1 area to provide employee support functions including a break room, lineman PPE drying and storage area, laundry area, and associated utility. These spaces are accessory to and serve the principal group S-1 occupancy and do not constitute a separate principal occupancy.
