Resolution 009-26 authorized a two-year contract with Wright Material Solutions, Ltd. for aggregate materials and hauling, not to exceed $1,600,000.00. Other resolutions authorized contracts with Transport Services, Inc. for trailer modifications ($250,000 maximum) and with Ohio Machinery Company, dba Ohio Cat, for a Caterpillar Certified Component Rebuild ($675,000 maximum), both involving waiving procurement requirements. The agenda also included a Public Comment period and the Executive Director's Report.
