BoardSolid Waste Authority Of Central Ohio Board Of Trustees Board Of Trustees Meeting Minutes
The board approved several resolutions via the consent agenda, including a contract modification with Swath Design, a new construction contract for landfill gas collection with Aptim Corp, and multiple landfill air permitting and compliance service contracts with Cornerstone Environmental Group, Fishbeck, and Rubber City Engineering and Environmental. Additionally, the board authorized easements with the Ohio Power Company, a material diversion waiver for The Ohio State University, a lease agreement with the City of Upper Arlington, and a sublease agreement with Ohio Mulch Composting LLC. The Executive Director also provided an update on current agency activities.
