The agenda for this meeting involves an executive session convened under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3) to discuss litigation strategy where an open session could have a detrimental impact on the public body's litigating position. The session will remain closed to the public and will not reconvene in open session following the discussion.

The Board of Trustees held a meeting that included the formal introduction of a new trustee and the recognition of an outgoing trustee for their service to the college.
