The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, is seeking qualified educators to provide training for peace officers, law-enforcement staff and leadership, and BCA programs and conferences. The resulting contracts are intended to form a bank of educators able to teach topics or elements of the courses, programs, and conferences needed for the BCA’s statutory training mission.
