Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a re-manufactured jenbacher (innio) cogeneration generator (alternator and engine) to replace, in-kind, the existing cogeneration unit no. 3 an innio (formerly general electric) jenbacher jms 420 gs-n/b. L, 1419 kw, 4. 16 kv, spark-ignited, turbo-supercharged, twenty-cylinder v-block unit. The elements of the project primarily include, but are not limited to, the following: Removal of the existing generator (alternator and engine), including all rigging and electrical and mechanical disconnections; the existing alternator shall be turned over to the Authority. The engine Block to be returned to successful bidder (the successful bidder is to factor in the “credit” for receiving the existing engine block). Installation of the re-manufactured generator (alternator and engine), including all rigging and reconnection of electrical and mechanical components. An upgrade of the existing controls to the DIA.NE XT4 lite control system. Overhaul of the existing gas trains and miscellaneous related items as identified in the project specifications. Commissioning and tuning of the generator on three fuel modes (100% natural gas, 100% biogas, and a blended combination) and in black start / island mode, including training of Authority staff.
