Snow plowing (fall/winter). Parking lots to be plowed so no more than 2 inches of snow on lots at any time around the clock. If wet snow falls, 2 inches or less and is going to freeze; parking lots will need to be plowed. In this bid, overhead doors and any entry doors to buildings need to be free from any debris. Sanding upon request. The contract will be for November 1, 2026 - May 1, 2027.
