The Bell City R-II School District's Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) 2022-2026 focuses on four priority areas: Teaching and Learning, Operations, and Community and Culture. In Teaching and Learning, goals include increasing student scores on standardized tests, maintaining career readiness performance, developing a professional development plan, and creating an Early Childhood Education plan. The Bell City R-II School's District Wellness Program aims to promote student health, reduce overweight/obesity, facilitate healthy habits, and increase student achievement. The program establishes comprehensive guidelines for nutrition, physical activity, marketing, and meal scheduling. It emphasizes nutrition education, physical education, staff development, and active involvement from the School Health Advisory Council, community, and families to foster an integrated, whole-school approach to student well-being and academic potential, while complying with federal regulations.
