This Comprehensive Plan serves as a roadmap for the City of Austin to navigate 21st-century challenges and achieve a sustainable future by 2039. It envisions Austin as a 'complete community' that is natural, sustainable, prosperous, livable, mobile, interconnected, educated, creative, and respects all its citizens. Key principles guiding this vision include promoting compact and connected urban growth, integrating nature, ensuring prosperity for all residents, fostering an affordable and healthy community, sustainably managing environmental resources, and encouraging creativity and collaborative action.

The meeting included reports from the Technical Advisory Committees and updates on community engagement, technical programs, and administrative programs. Key discussion items included facility program element planning and integration, systemwide accessibility, and the agenda for the upcoming Tri-Party Workshop with the Capital Metro Board and City Council.
