Removing and replacing the entire pool's plaster surface to the exterior pool. Remove and replace 7,833 sq.Ft. (approx.) of pool floor and wall plaster. Repaint lane markings on pool floor and walls. Provide exit ladder steps in-set in walls. Provide anchor points for new slide landing mat, main drains, and shallow depth grate. Remove and replace tile markers in 3' depth and deep end section. Remove and replace tile on coping in zero depth. Remove and replace depth marker tiles in zero depth with properly sized tiles. Remove and reinstall (as needed) any and all play features that are anchored/mounted in floor of pool. If removed, storage of features can be on site so long as bidder can provide materials and assurances that features are secured and don't damage other property such as landscaping. Bidder to provide new replacements that are like for like if theft or damage occurs. Remove and replace (as needed) all items that are damaged during demolition and removal. This includes, but not limited to, any and all supply & return lines & associated fittings, gutters, coping, bonding, play features, escutcheons plates, mounting anchors of all kinds, ladders, railings, lane line anchors etc.
