This initiative focuses on improving the built environment through universal design principles, upgrading facilities like restrooms, and integrating various safety features. The overarching goal is to ensure a barrier-free, inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment for all members of the campus community.

This document introduces the 'Imagine 2030' initiative, which serves as a framework to guide the future planning and development of Algonquin College's campuses, culminating in a new Master Campus Development Plan. The plan aims to ensure campuses provide spaces that foster lifelong success, are sustainable, well-maintained, and deeply connected to their communities.
