An approximately 98 lf section of the existing sewer pipe located upstream of an existing knickpoint would be plugged, capped, and remain decommissioned to minimize construction impacts on the tributary. A new sewer pipe would be installed to the west of the current sewer pipe location to move the active alignment from the streambed. Approximately 175 lf of 10-inch-diameter high-density polyethylene (hdpe) pipe would be installed between sanitary sewer manholes 708-32 and 708-30
