The plan emphasizes efficient resource use, infrastructure maintenance, and preparedness for future challenges, including population growth and potential natural disasters, with a planning horizon extending to 2023.

The meeting included discussion and approval of updates to authorized signers for the Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP). The Maintenance and Operations report included information regarding an emergency call-out for a power bump from a wind storm, general housekeeping, replacement of a gate keeper, training of new mechanic staff, and routine maintenance.
