Board meetings and strategic plans from Alabama Secretary of State
The commission convened to discuss proposed constitutional amendments passed by the Alabama Legislature during the 2015 Regular Session and 2015 First Special Session. Key actions included motions to approve several acts for placement on the statewide ballot, including acts with both unanimous and dissenting votes in the legislature. The commission also discussed collaborating with the Fair Ballot Commission to enhance public awareness of the amendments and considered the order in which the amendments would appear on the ballots.
