Work includes to replace rollup door and repair rollling gate, remove and replace (1) 10' x 10' metal roll-up door, (790 wind-rated; 24 gauge or thicker), roll-up door must be gray, remove and replace 6 gate rollers with hardware for 4" round post for rolling gate (chain link fence gate in parking lot that needs rollers replaced), adjust and level rolling gate.

Work includes mowing all grass within boundary (see attached map -yellow boundary), weed-eating around buildings, signs, posts, electrical box, and along all curbing and in ditches, edging all sidewalks, blow cuttings off sidewalks, entryways (4), and parking lot, note: spraying glyphosate (round-up) with prior permission only, mowing all grass within fenced compound and along road frontage (see attached map - red boundary), weed-eating around all vehicles and boats parked on grass, and around buildings, blowing is not required, edging is not required, spraying glyphosate (round-up) around all vehicles and carports on the gravel parking area, around both buildings, and fence line is allowed.
