The U.S. Army is conducting this active sources-sought notice to identify potential producers of the Government-developed Shank 2.0 payload, training warhead, and pre-packed anti-personnel warhead for use on small unmanned aerial system platforms. The Government is also requesting industry recommendations to improve the Technical Data Package for producibility. Responses are due October 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT, and the notice is a contract opportunity rather than a grant program.
