Notice of Intent to Sole Source the preventative maintenance of Carl Zeiss Microscopes at NMCP, Portsmouth, VA RFP
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to PROAIM Americas, LLC for preventative maintenance of commercial Carl Zeiss microscopes at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia. The contract includes a base year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, plus three option years, with an estimated total value of $607,166.77. Interested parties must submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government by August 9, 2026; this notice is not a request for quotations or proposals.
