This project is to remove an existing steam station and install replacement heat exchangers and pumps for hydronic heating. The systems will be connected to the building automation system. Electrical work is to support these changes and to upgrade lighting in a mechanical room to LED. Work will also include concrete demo and formwork, and core drilling.
